Participated in approximately 25 military proposal efforts. Solely responsible for writing a proposal that led to the award of a $50 million dollar contract that the company was not expecting. As a consultant, wrote the technical specification for an airborne reconnaissance camera system used on the F-18 which resulted in the customer securing the contract. Gathered information for the basis of the winning proposal for a LAMPS helicopter sonar simulator.
